This work has been selected for 2024 Taiwan Ceramic Biennale - The twists and turns of life became my inspiration and aesthetic aspect to form Just Married III, I had a conversation with a doctor who said, “I’ll help your father lives longer..." To me, it sounds like a marriage vow that says "Moving forward, I will take my illness as my life and live together until death." I took it as a metaphor creating a dress with porcelain casting pieces of my father’s chemotherapy IV bag. Spraying porcelain clay to female form made of different clay, it formed unpredictable crack to emphasize the feelings of fragility, tearing, ambiguities and uncontrollable.
